The interview process does not end with the actual interview itself. The post interview follow up is an important but often neglected part of the selection process.
Find out the salary range for the position before the interview. Interact with people in similar positions. Understand the compensation package. Know the salary you can reasonably accept and expect for the type of position you seek in comparison with your experience, education and industry wage standards.
